J.
Richard Caskey
Born and
raised in Tampa, Rich received his Bachelor of Science in
Accounting from the University of Florida in 1997, his Master
of Business Administration from the University of Florida in
2000 and his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the
University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2001.
Currently,
Rich serves on a number of committees of The Florida Bar Real
Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and is a member of the
RPPTL Executive Council. In addition to authoring many
published articles, Rich frequently speaks at seminars and other
events about estate and trust topics. Rich also currently
serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Florida Bar RPPTL Section
ActionLine magazine (a substantive legal publication with a
quarterly circulation in excess of 10,000). Rich is the
Chairman of the Hillsborough County Bar Association Leadership
Institute and is a past Chairman of the HCBA Real Property,
Probate and Trust Law Section. In 2008, Rich was awarded the
James M. “Red” McEwen Memorial Award for outstanding service to
the HCBA.
In the Tampa
community, Rich serves on the Board of Directors for the
MacDonald Training Center, a not-for-profit organization
dedicated to empowering people with developmental disabilities
to lead the lives they choose.

Estate
and Trust Litigation, Fiduciary Liability, and
Probate Law.
