Born and raised in Kentucky, Randy received his undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University, where he graduated with Honors, and his law degree from the University of Florida.

     Prior to attending law school, Randy practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for eight years in Miami, focusing primarily on the taxation of international business transactions.

     At Hines Norman Hines, P.L., Randy works in many of the firm’s practice areas, with an emphasis on Corporate and Business Law, Taxation, Estate Planning and Real Estate.
