Robert D. Hines

     Born in Virginia and raised in Florida, Robert received his undergraduate degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida, and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.

    At Hines Norman Hines, P.L., Robert works in many of the firm’s practice areas, with an emphasis on Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship.
